Problem-Solving with Your Anxious Child

Here is a new way to share an idea – for me (using an infographic instead of a load of words!) and for you with your child! According to how old your child is and how you think problem-solving with your anxious child will work best, adapt the idea accordingly.

The main point is that when starting to problem solve with your child, you need to wait till they're calm and can talk and think better, and then get to the real root of the problem. Because it's not always the one they're telling you!

However, despite me saying it's a root, it's more fun for your child to see things like a ladder so we're using a ladder to go upwards here instead of downwards! Give it a go?
